- June 2026. I accepted a position as Assistant Professor of Cybersecurity at California State University, Long Beach. I will join CSULB in Fall 2026.
- June 2026. I passed the CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) certification.
- May 2026. Our PUFZIN paper was published in the Journal of Information Security and Applications. It combines PUFs and zero-knowledge proofs for secure and scalable blockchain-IoT authentication.
- May 2026. I completed my Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Engineering at Texas A&M University. My dissertation is titled "A Layered Security Framework for Blockchain-Based IoT Systems."
- May 2026. Two of our papers appeared at IEEE ICC 2026 and IEEE ICC Workshops 2026. They cover AIS dropout attribution and the reliability of production Layer-2 networks.
- February 2026. Our PQS-BFL paper was published in Expert Systems with Applications. It presents a post-quantum secure blockchain-based federated learning framework.
- January 2026. We posted the FedGraph-VASP preprint on arXiv. It explores privacy-preserving federated graph learning for cross-institutional anti-money laundering.
- January 2026. Four of our papers appeared at IEEE CCNC 2026 in Las Vegas.
- December 2025. I successfully defended my Ph.D. dissertation, "A Layered Security Framework for Blockchain-Based IoT Systems."
- August 2025. I began teaching ESET 315: Local and Metropolitan Area Networks at Texas A&M University.
- Jun 2024. Research featured in TechXplore 'New ransomware attack based on evolutional GAN can evade security measures'
- June 2024. I passed the ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) exam.
- Apr 2024. Presented at the AICAS 2024 Conference in Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Mar 2024. Served as a judge at the 2024 Texas Science & Engineering Fair in Texas, USA
- Feb 2024. Paper titled 'Strategic Deployment of Honeypots in Blockchain-based IoT Systems' accepted for publication at the AICAS 2024 Conference
- Oct 2023. Delivered a presentation at the LCN 2023 Conference in Florida, USA
- Aug 2023. Received the Multidisciplinary Engineering Scholarship from Texas A&M University
